Located on a beautiful sloping plot of land on the Côte d’Azur, with a clear view of Agay Bay, this villa has undergone a complete reconfiguration of its outdoor spaces.
The project includes the reorganization of access, the creation of an infinity pool and the overall design of exterior materials and colors.
The swimming pool becomes the heart of the new development : a pure and purified water surface, extending visually to the sea.
Natural stone, with subtle shades of gray and green, delicately contrasts with the warmth of the terracotta tiles – a tribute to Mediterranean architecture, revisited in contemporary language.
The new retaining walls and facings were made of light limestone, taking up the tones of the local rocks while providing a calm and elegant base to the whole.

The natural stone in iridescent gray-green tones stands in fine contrast to the warm terracotta tiles of the terrace - a homage to the Mediterranean building tradition, reinterpreted in contemporary language.
