Located on the outskirts of the village of Pontpiere, within the municipality of Mondercange,
the AM METTENDALL project is set in a peaceful, green environment —
an ideal setting for a high-quality daily life.
This ambitious development brings together a nursing and care home (Cipa),
assisted living apartments, a day centre, and a 4-star hotel,
all centred around a shared landscaped park.
