A new intergenerational living space on the outskirts of Pontpierre, in the municipality of Mondercange

Located on the outskirts of the village of Pontpierre, within the municipality of Mondercange,
the AM METTENDALL project is set in a peaceful, green environment —
an ideal setting for a high-quality daily life.
This ambitious development brings together a nursing and care home (CIPA),
assisted living apartments, a day centre, and a 4-star hotel,
all centred around a shared landscaped park.
