Située sur un très beau terrain en pente de la Côte d’Azur, avec une vue dégagée sur la baie d’Agay, cette villa a fait l’objet d’une reconfiguration complète de ses espaces extérieurs.
Le projet comprend la réorganisation de l’accès, la création d’une piscine à débordement et la conception globale des matériaux et des teintes extérieures.
La piscine devient le cœur du nouvel aménagement : une surface d’eau pure et épurée, se prolongeant visuellement jusqu’à la mer.
La pierre naturelle, aux nuances subtiles de gris et de vert, contraste délicatement avec la chaleur des carreaux en terre cuite – un hommage à l’architecture méditerranéenne, revisité dans un langage contemporain.
Les nouveaux murs de soutènement et parements ont été réalisés en pierre calcaire claire, reprenant les tons des roches locales tout en apportant une base calme et élégante à l’ensemble.

Set on a very beautiful hillside plot of the French Riviera, overlooking the Bay of Agay, this project involved the complete redesign of the villa’s outdoor areas.
The commission included the reorganization of the driveway, the creation of a new infinity pool, and the full material and color concept for all exterior spaces.
The pool forms the focal point of the composition – a calm, minimal water plane that merges seamlessly with the horizon.
Natural stone in subtle shades of grey and green contrasts gently with the warm terracotta tiles of the terrace, a contemporary reinterpretation of Mediterranean tradition.
New retaining walls and façade elements were realized in light limestone, echoing the surrounding red rocks while grounding the architecture in a serene and timeless elegance.

Auf einem wunderschönen Hanggrundstück an der Côte d’Azur – mit freiem Blick über die Bucht von Agay – wurde die Außenanlage dieser Villa vollständig neu gestaltet.
Das Projekt umfasst die Neuorganisation der Zufahrt, den Aufbau eines neuen Infinity-Pools sowie die komplette Material- und Farbgestaltung der Außenräume.
Der Pool bildet das Zentrum des neuen Außenraums: eine schlichte, klare Wasserfläche, die sich scheinbar endlos mit dem Meer verbindet.
Der Naturstein in changierenden Grau-Grün-Tönen steht in feinem Kontrast zu den warmen Terrakottafliesen der Terrasse – eine Hommage an die mediterrane Bautradition, neu interpretiert in zeitgenössischer Sprache.
Die neuen Stützmauern und Fassadenteile wurden in hellem Kalkstein ausgeführt, der die rötlichen Felsen des Geländes aufnimmt und zugleich eine ruhige, elegante Basis schafft.
Ein schwebender Übergang zwischen Architektur, Landschaft und Meer – präzise, reduziert, poetisch.
