Our mission was to renovate the three housing units of the house and to restore the exterior and interior appearance as well as the cellars, garages and other up-to-date underground rooms. The Calvetti House having been built by the father of the current owner, as the name may suggest, above all we wanted to keep the historical footprint as well as the building's initial facade openings. The owner occupies the ground floor with large terrace and private garden and the attic, arranged in chill & wellness area, the other two units are rented furnished – each piece of furniture and detail having been carefully chosen by the client and the architects. The owner's love for the timeless design helps, we were able to create sober and elegant accommodation and common areas reminiscent of a boutique hotel rather than a residential building ...
