The ten terraced houses were designed on three sets located perpendicular to the rue du Grünewald, which allows a harmonious integration of the facades in relation to existing buildings. Thought without garages, cars are confined to locations at the entrance to the site on a service road which also functions as a buffer zone from the main road. Distributed over three parallel blocks, the accommodation operates on two full levels and a recessed level decorated with private gardens and common green spaces. The upper floor is clad in wooden cladding, which makes it possible to soften the structure and harmonize it with the tree context. The ground floor houses the day spaces, living, cuisine, dining room. The bedrooms are on the first floor, and the parental room, with a beautiful terrace, occupies the second floor.
