This tradition which marks the completion of structural work and framing is organized for the workers Saying Thanks, engineers and architects involved in the project. In the presence of Mr. Marc Hansen, Minister of Housing, de Monsieur Raymond admitted, Mayor of the Commune de Niederanven, the Municipal Council, representatives Housing Fund, and various trades a hundred people were able to welcome the good progress of the construction project work designed by the architecture office Tom Simon Architectes.

With a floor space of +/- 123 at 150 m2, 4 of them are for sale and will house the subsidized 3 bedroom while 6 other, for subsidized rental, will include 4 at 5 bedrooms. The set will feature private gardens and common green areas and each house will have a parking space located at the project entrance. The project, energy class A / A / A, is designed in a durable construction dimension. The cost of construction, with financial support of the Ministry of Housing, amounts to 4.300.000,- € plus tax and fees (Additional costs included).
Following the traditional speeches and visit buildings, the site was transformed into a party venue. In a friendly atmosphere, the guests had the opportunity to exchange their impressions while enjoying the excellent ribs and other specialties prepared by the Luxembourg Caterer Paul Eischen.
